Michelle Becz, Reflexologist

After 14 years of being a “stay-at-home” mom and doing occasional per-diem work as a social worker, Michelle found herself desiring work that still aimed to help others but at the same time nurtured her own interest in the interconnectedness of the mind, body and spirit. Michelle had some powerful, personal experiences of the deep relaxation that could be brought through touching the feet and found herself drawn to seeking a certificate in Reflexology.  In 2007, she became certified in reflexology through Acusage Academy’s Body Reflexology program in Oxford, MA. Her love for reflexology grew from there, and she has now spent nearly a decade delivering customized therapeutic sessions to hundreds of clients.

Michelle’s reflexology “tool bag” includes a variety of techniques, specialized reflex points, hours of self-study on various reflexology approaches, workshops and firsthand positive testimonials from clients. She believes that the body naturally seeks to maintain a balanced state (homeostasis) and stimulation of reflex points in the feet aide the body in making adjustments so that balance can be regained.
