MEET OUR PRACTITIONERS: Reflexologists

Sarah Sullivan, Reflexologist

Sarah Sullivan was destined to work in health and wellness. As a teenager, growing up on Nantucket, Sarah’s first introduction to the benefits of natural lifestyle, came through her experience working at a health food store. Sarah went on to own a CrossFit gym here on the Cape, which helped her learn how to coach individuals and get the most of out them. Sarah is also a personal chef, with a strong focus improved health through nutrition.

In her early twenties Sarah began her fascination with reflexology. Her first clients were her infant daughters. Fast forward to today, when the opportunity arose to be professionally trained in reflexology, Sarah jumped at the chance. She is very in tune with the human body and its potential and need to heal itself. Her strong, intuitive touch, along with her desire to help others, benefits her clients with each session.

Though hard work comes very natural to her, Sarah enjoys downtime with her husband, (who also works in healthcare), and two beautiful, grown daughters. She especially enjoys being outside in nature, whether it’s grounding at the beach, with salt water therapy, or challenging herself by taking on half-marathons (even running through the night in a Ragnar race!).

Sarah’s passion for health and wellness comes through in each of her customized Reflexology sessions and she looks forward to helping your body heal itself through Reflexology.

Anke O’Neil, Reflexologist

Anke grew up in Berlin, Germany, and just like the city, Anke’s interests are diverse. Anke is a people person with a love of learning and a fascination for understanding the human body. After studying English and History at Humboldt University, she embarked on a path in the customer service industry with a training in cosmetology. Anke tremendously enjoyed the creative aspect this field offered and worked as a hair stylist and make-up artist for several years. Her adventurous spirit led her to change careers and becoming a flight attendant for Lufthansa and more recently, a server at Scargo Café in Dennis.

Anke’s passion for helping others, eventually led her to explore the field of reflexology. During her extensive training with reflexologist Michelle Becz, Anke was amazed to discover the profound interrelatedness of every aspect of our body and how crucial intervals of relaxation are to bringing us back into balance and restoring overall well-being. Anke is extremely caring and is excited to provide a relaxing and healing experience to her clients. She is grateful for being able to form meaningful connections with a variety of people and personalities through her work and to positively impact her client’s health.

When she is not working, Anke enjoys the outdoors. You might meet her, walking the beach or exploring trails, playing disc-golf, running, or riding her bike on the bike trail.

*Book with Anke on Wednesdays, Fridays, + Saturdays (evening appointments available)
