Mg Cupping Package

Our Magnesium Cupping Session blends the traditional benefits of cupping with the soothing nourishment of our locally made Mg EASE formula, infused with magnesium and grass-fed tallow for deep muscular and nervous system support. One session will leave you feeling relaxed and replenished, but the greatest benefit comes with consistency. With regular sessions, ideally once a week at first, the body gradually releases tension, circulation opens, and magnesium helps the body restore its innate capacity for healing and restoration. As balance returns, sessions can be spaced out, supporting that grounded, replenished feeling through the season.

While one session of reflexology will relax you and leave you feeling good for a few days, for treatment of a chronic issue or to feel the true impact reflexology can have, it is recommended to commit to a series of sessions (one session a week to begin is ideal). Once the cumulative effect of reflexology begins to take hold, the frequency of sessions can be decreased and the new balanced state of the body is maintained.
