A licensed massage therapist for over 15 years, Palma is Board Certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. She is a member of the International Association of Healthcare Practitioners and has received her education in CranioSacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute.  Palma offers a caring touch and customizes each session to help clients relax, restore balance and facilitate the body’s healing process.

Elena Zheleva, Visionary CranioSacral Therapist

As a seasoned Massage Therapist, Elena’s sensitivity of her palpation skills increased over her career. She became drawn to the profound work of CranioSacral Therapy and began her studies at the Milne Institute of Visionary Craniosacral Work (VCST) in 2024. This unique program integrates many aspects of Craniosacral, such as spiritual perception, palpation, fluid balancing techniques, and traditional Cranio Osteopathy. As Elena practiced this technique, the beauty and wisdom inherent in the body revealed itself more deeply to her hands and heart.

Elena is also certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder method) and a certified yoga instructor. Her deeply intuitive work blends both Eastern and Western modalities to calm the nervous system, restore balance and invite deep physical and emotional ease
